Register New Phone Numbers of a business and associate them to a business unit
The following are reasons a number might have been rejected:

| INVALID_NUMBER | Invalid Phone Number | 201 |
| ALLOCATED_NUMBER_BUSINESS | Phone Number exists within under a different business within same reseller | 201 |
| ALLOCATED_NUMBER_GRANT_CONFLICT | Phone Number exists within another reseller (with Service Grant Conflict) | 201 |
| DUPLICATE_NUMBER | Phone Number is duplicated in the request | 201 |
| RELATIONSHIP_NOT_FOUND | Phone Number is created with an invalid relationship (BU/Program not found) | 201 |
| INVALID_RELATIONSHIP | Phone Number is created with an invalid relationship (assigned to invalid BU-Program-Group-delivery channel Relationship) | 201 |
