INFORM Global

The INFORM Global delivery option provides the ability to customize the Display Name of one or more of the phone numbers. Programs allow for dynamic representation of your company's phone numbers and includes Inform Program metrics with descriptive call analytics.

Call Authentication

The Authenticated Inform delivery option is a more targeted approach to Branded Calling, allowing you to brand ONLY a call from a specific and pre-configured aNumber to a specific bNumber declared ahead of the call.

This functionality builds upon the concept of end-to-end authentication by integrating with the Call Authentication API. In the event the call to the bNumber is not successfully authenticated, the call will not be branded.

Sentry

Without Branding

The Sentry delivery option is a similarly targeted approach as Call Auth, in that it allows you to deliver a call from only a specific and pre-configured aNumber to a specific bNumber declared ahead of the call. In the event of a successfully authenticated pair, the call will not be branded but will be connected as expected.

This functionality also builds upon the concept of end-to-end authentication by integrating with the Call Auth API. However, in the event of an un-authenticated pair, the call to the bNumber will be blocked.

With Branding

Using Sentry along with Call Auth branding utilizes the branding and authentication capabilities of Call Auth, with the resulting blocking capabilities of Sentry in the event of an un-authenticated call being made.

Inform Logo

The ability to deliver a Logo through the carrier networks is done using the Inform with Logo functionality. Similar to Authenticated Inform, the Call Auth API is required for targeted delivery and ensured end-to-end call authentication.
