ENGAGE Reporting and Analytics

Due to security and privacy laws and regulations, the behavior and answer rates of specific phone numbers will not be reportable. All phone numbers are hashed and cannot be retrieved from the system; however, aggregated reports and metrics will be available.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Program Answer Rates
  • Push Match Rate
  • Content Delivery Success

Push Metrics are available for iOS and Android, while Answer Rates and Content Shown rates are Android-only due to special data collection restrictions imposed by Apple.
