Image Asset Overview

First Orion is committed to a scam-free Branded Communication landscape. The following guidelines are enforced by our APIs to ensure only trusted calls make it to their intended destination.

For this reason, all images uploaded to the First Orion Branded Communications platform via the APIs must be approved by our filters and manual reviews. Images may not contain vulgarity, explicit language, weapons, and celebrities.

Image Guidelines

The Engage image shown on the end device varies by the device type:

iOS Engage images display as a fullscreen background image
Android Engage images display as a contact logo (we recommend no text)
