Engage Real-Time API Overview

ENGAGE® Real-Time Push Overview

The ENGAGE Federated Real-Time Push Service is a collection of endpoints that allows the number used to make a call, the aNumber, to be pushed to the receiving number, the bNumber. This real-time push functionality will send, in advance of the call, one or more aNumbers to a single bNumber ensuring the receiving device natively recognizes the aNumber(s) at the time of a call.

This service delivers an enhanced calling experience by delivering content to ENGAGE-enabled devices in near Real-Time before an outgoing call is made.

The API for this service should not be used for mass-content pushing of aNumbers to multiple bNumbers. If a batch push is needed, please refer to the Engage Push – Batch API documentation.
