INFORM with Call Authentication pairs the benefits of INFORM Branded Calling with First Orion’s Call Authentication feature. Call Authentication spoof-proofs your outbound calling numbers ensuring your 32-character customized display appears only on verified calls.

Call Authentication requires integration. This guide walks you through step-by-step details on how to start using INFORM with Call Authentication.

Pre-requisites

  • A signed agreement is required prior to rendering service. To initiate an agreement, connect with one of our sales representatives .
  • Create or log in to your Customer Portal account
  • Upon Registering the phone numbers that will be branded, the business will be Vetted and Approved by First Orion. Your business must meet vetting requirements to begin branding.
  • Generate API keys from the Customer Portal
  • Understanding of your calling platform & the environment to integrate

Integration

Program Creation

  • Review Branded Calling Content Policies and Display Name Guidelines to ensure your display name meets the policy for branding.
  • Create an INFORM with Call Authentication branding program
  • Monitor and verify display details to ensure proper setup
    • T-Mobile will be provisioned within 5 to 10 minutes of program creation
    • AT&T and Verizon provisioning will take up to 5 business days after successful integration with Call Authentication.
