INFORM with Logo
INFORM with Logo allows you to customize your outbound call display with your display name, company logo and call reason. This guide walks you through step-by-step details on how to start using INFORM with Logo.
Pre-requisites
- A signed agreement is required prior to rendering service. To initiate an agreement, connect with one of our sales representatives .
- Create or log in to your Customer Portal account
- Upon Registering the phone numbers that will be branded, the business will be Vetted and Approved by First Orion. Your business must meet vetting requirements to begin branding.
- Generate API keys from the Customer Portal
- Understanding of your calling platform & the environment to integrate
Integration
- Complete the Call Authentication Integration to get started.
Program Creation
- Review Branded Calling Content Policies INFORM with Logo Asset Guidelines and Display Name Guidelines to ensure your display name meets the policy for branding.
- Create an INFORM with Logo branding program
- Creating programs via API
- Creating program via Customer Portal
- Monitor and verify display details to ensure proper setup
- T-Mobile will be provisioned within 5 to 10 minutes of program creation
- AT&T and Verizon provisioning will take up to 5 business days after successful integration with Call Authentication.
Ongoing, it is critical to notify your FO Account Team when you make any changes to your programs (adding numbers, changing displays, changing logos, etc.) to ensure proper provisioning takes place.
